In line with their larger movement ‘Towards a Smoke-Free Generation,’ EFA’s Dutch Member, Longfonds launched a campaign in August to draw attention to tobacco risks in childhood, including second-hand smoke exposure and use. The slogan: ‘The world becomes smoke-free. Get used to it.’
The campaign recognises that more areas are becoming smoke-free and that fewer and fewer places are selling cigarettes and other tobacco products. They want to capitalise on this momentum to protect children from the harmful effects of (second-hand) smoking and the temptation to start smoking, based on the belief that growing up smoke-free should be self-evident.
Join the movement and help protect children from tobacco smoke.
