Application Process
Our recruitment process is designed to find the best match for candidates and EFA. After submitting an application, our team will review it and reach out if there’s a fit. The process typically includes two interview stages and may involve an assignment and/or a portfolio review. EFA usually asks for two references. We aim to make the process transparent and straightforward.
