To mark the 10th anniversary of the French Allergy Day, EFA Member Asthma & Allergies published 10 proposals to improve allergy management in France. Among them, some very concrete and realistic, such as equipping emergency vehicles with adrenaline or exploring alternatives to replace allergenic plants in parks and gardens.
In 20 years, the number of people with allergies has doubled and according to the World Health Organisation in 2050, 50% the world's population will be affected by at least one allergic disease according. Our French member asked for a global mobilisation to face allergy, and pushed for more willingness to tackle the disease and propose solutions.
