EFA, together with seven other civil society organisations active in the field of health and environment, has sent a letter to Exececutive Vice-Presidents Frans Timmermans and Valdis Dombrovskis, and Commissioner Sinkevičius. The letter calls for concrete clean air steps in the 2020 Work Programme of the European Commission, based on the very introduction of the Communication on the European Green Deal, stating that "the policy response must be bold and comprehensive and seek to maximise benefits for health, quality of life, resilience and competiteveness."
