Food Allergy

In early May, EFA Member French Allergy Prevention Association (AFPRAL) alerted to a potential relaxation of food labeling measures by the DGCCRF (Directorate General for Competition, Consumption and Fraud Repression) to counter the shortage of certain foodstuffs.

On May 25, this measure went effective. “Food security is no longer guaranteed and the consumer is not informed”, so AFPRAL in its official communication.
