This year’s training combines basic and advanced training to participants. Beginners will discover the decision making process in the EU, main developments in the health policy at the European level and you will also be introduced to different roles stakeholders play here in Brussels. Together with advanced participants, you will meet and greet key actors from the Commission and the Council working on issues important to your organisations, and also MEPs from your home countries. A role-play will enable all participants to dig deeper in the EU Tobacco Products Directive case study and replay the legislative process. Thanks to a workshop on air pollution you will get a first-hand experience of the European decision making process on the Commission’s proposal for the revision of the EU Thematic Strategy on Air Pollution.   All members that are willing to participate should fill in the enclosed registration by June, 10^th 2013. We will confirm your participation by then as we only have 12 places available that will be allocated on the first came, first served basis taking into account the geographical balance to represent as much EFA members as possible (one representative per organisation). As you know, EFA will reimburse the accommodation and travel expenses. This event is open to EFA Members ONLY.
