This year EFA Member Allergy UK Annual Conference took place on Saturday the 9th of May at St Thomas’ Hospital, London where it was announced that Carla Jones is the new Chief Executive Officer.
The meeting served to present Allergy UK recent and upcoming activities. Dr. Helen Brough gave an insightful key note speech on the relationship between asthma, eczema and allergy and how allergy is an all-encompassing condition. The second part of the day included several workshops focused on food allergy and intolerance, skin allergy and asthma and rhinitis.
