EFA Bulgarian Member ABBA has launched an annual national campaign to inform about respiratory diseases and advance care options for patients. The campaign is called “Breathe Freely” and counts on the support of several Bulgarian medical societies. Throughout the year, ABBA will be advocating for the need for a national program on chronic respiratory diseases with clear objectives and priorities; maintain and provide free treatment for patients with COPD, especially the oxygen therapy; improving the limited access to treatment for patients with severe asthma.
